Mailbox Posting: Blog title get truncated if multi-byte language?

Hello,

When posted via Mailbox Posting, blog title is always truncated if title is Japanese.

If title is English, there is no problem.
When it's in Japanese, it seems that maximum number of Japanese characters are 13 (It's too short).

Is it because Japanese characters are represented by multi-byte encodings?
Can it be fixed?


P.S.
When posted from the front-end, there is no problem with Japanese title. It doesn't get truncated.
We applied some fix in this file -> JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easyblog/includes/mailbox/adapters/lib.php , can you give it a try again?
