Hello,

I'm using the free version of Komento. I put a moderation on the comment posted on the website but the administrator doesn't receive any mail which tell him that a new comment was posted on the website.

Is it something that I have to activate ?

Hello Herbiet,

Please check your notification settings in the backend -> Komento -> Integration -> select component -> Notification -> Mail Notification. Also please do remember to either have the cronjob running to send out the mails or set the Send on page load settings to YES.

2. Send on page load
backend -> Komento -> Integration -> select component -> Notification -> Mail Notification under the "Send mail on page load" option
