Hi,
In EasyDiscuss I can set in settings that users get notifications if a new reply is posted.

In my case users get mails with notifications even if there is no subscription and they cannot stop getting emails.
Hi Daniel,

Can you provide us super user access so I can check the backend without any restrictions(http://take.ms/dsJHq)?

Let us know once you have done so. Thanks.

Hey Daniel,

It looks like in Settings>Notifications>E-mails, the setting Notify topic's participants when replied is enabled(http://take.ms/wuCEJ).

What this does is send notification emails to users who participated/replies in the discussion, regardless of whether they are subscribed.

If you do not want to notify participants regardless of subscription status, you can disable that setting.

Can you have a look?

Hey Daniel,

Do you mean the 'Settings' option on ED's backend sidebar correct?

I tried clicking on this and it is working as expected.

Hey Daniel,

Can you try clearing your browser and site cache, restart your pc, then try again on different browsers?
