Dear Stackideas,

I am writing to report an issue with easyblog 5.1.5 on joomla 3.7. I try to use the Mail Pool to send messages to some subscribers, but when I generate the messages I can’t approve them and I can’t cancel single messages with the button “Cancel”.
Can you give me assistance please?
You shouldn't approve these pending email from backend, what you need to do is setup cronjob from your server, so it will automatically send out those pending email to your site subscriber.

Documentation : https://stackideas.com/docs/easyblog/administrators/cronjobs

If you need help on this, can you provide us with your Joomla backend and Cpanel access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we help you configure with this?

As in the attached picture, it is not possible to approve or delete the mail individually from backend. The total deletion works.
If needed, next week, we can give you a backend access.

Best Regards.

Hello Mirko,

Hm, sorry but a little lost here. You don't need to manually publish or unpublish the e-mail. When the cronjob executes, it will automatically mark the mail activity item as sent.

In the Demo Site-->Backend-->Mail Activities, we have verify that is possible to select manually the e-mail that we don't want to send and erase it with Delete button.
We need this function also in our web site bioteckresources.com because we have to approve the e-mail manualy.
The problem is that in our web site the Delete button doesn't work.
If you need we can give Administration access.

Best Regards.

Hey Mirko,

because we have to approve the e-mail manualy

Hm, I am a little bit lost here regarding this sentences, do you mean every time you would like to click this "unpublish" state button to "publish" state from mail activity page? You can check my screenshot here : http://take.ms/gwugx

If yes, even you click this state button to show "published" state, it will not send out this notification to your site user, it needed cronjob to execute it and help you automatically send out those email notification to your site subscriber.

And you trying to delete those pending email, it won't allow you to delete right?
If yes, this one we have to access your site then only can check on this issue.

Once you can provide us with your Joomla backend and Cpanel access, you can put at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so this page site details only our moderator can access it.

Hello Mirko,

I have just tested this and it seems to be working fine. Please take a look at my video here, http://take.ms/ytEksL . Which browser are you testing this with?

I have tested this with Google Chrome and Firefox and they are working fine.

Ah, thanks for updating us on this. Perhaps there was some issue with the Italian translations?

It seems like that is one of the language translation string causing this issue, I already help you override that language translation from your backend, you can check my attached screenshot below.

It should work fine now with the Italian language.
