If no, you should provide us with your Joomla backend and mailchimp access so we can help you check on this? Please advise.

That information was of no help. I have already obtained that information. The List ID is now updated per my Mail Chimp account "Unique id for list". Please see attached.

As you're an expert in this support position I'm confident you can offer professional advice without me supplying sensitive account login details. Please advise of the next steps in one hit so we can sort this out in minimum time.

Hello Michael,

If you have already configured the list id as per the settings, it should work. If it doesn't, the only way we can find out what's wrong with this is to debug the site because we cannot reproduce this issue on our end
