Made an order but Missing Licence Key

Dear Team,

Please note that we have purchased EasyBlog component today (17-07-2017) by 9.30am under the Order number SI170717-6489-80130. But when we log in to our dashboard the download is not available and it is asking us for a Licence key.

Please explain.
