Lost your password and username, not work
Hi,

Thanks for the FTP access.

From there it seems like there are some old deprecated files on your site that is causing the issue.

I've manually deleted the old files at:

/components/com_easysocial/views/profile/tmpl/forgetpassword.xml
/components/com_easysocial/views/profile/tmpl/forgetusername.xml

And then I've updated the menu item on your site to the new correct menu and it is working properly now.

Hi,

I just tested this on your site with a test user and it seems to be working properly.

Please do elaborate more information in the future so that we can understand the issue at hand rather than just informing us what doesn't work such as:

1. Steps to reproduce
2. Include all necessary access (site and FTP)
3. Screenshots to illustrate the issue if necessary
