I noticed that the JCE Editor is not rendering correctly on the Joomla Article as well as shown in the screenshot.

I noticed there is a 404 error for it in the console but I am not sure is it related to it or not. http://take.ms/TRBUc

It would be the best that you can consult with JCE Provider regarding this issue and see how it goes.
