Did you add a template override for EasyBlog? For some reasons, changing themes doesn't seem to take any effect. Anyway, the margins of the extension is depending on your Joomla template. If your Joomla template uses 100% width, the extension will inherit from it.

No template has been added to overrride Easyblog.
I've added the css snippet. The layout(margins) changed and is now showing centered. But, the theme(nickel) for easyblog which I selected is not reflecting here, but the theme is working in blog listing page.

I've seen your modification in css. But, why the selected theme is not getting applied in the blog pages? Why the css of theme is not affecting in the blog detail page? Is it necessary to add css also?

The "detail page" is actually pretty standard across all themes. Unless you are using the "elegant" themes where it displays differently.
