I am using EasyBlog on a couple of sites. I was informed that Android RSS readers cannot see the feeds on my EasyBlog sites. So, I downloaded a few different readers.

I found one of my sites does not seem to display the feeds and one of them is displaying one item. I was hoping somebody might know if there are some tricks to get the RSS feeds to show in the RSS readers.

Here are my two sites:

http://www.drcarney.com/blog

https://www.starch-smart.com/blog

Do you know of any good tools that we can feed a URL to that might let us know potential problems with our RSS feeds?

I need to get RSS working properly for EasyBlog and K2.
Hello Sean,

You can use any online RSS validator to check your RSS URL. You might want to use this http://validator.w3.org/feed/ and see how it goes.

Yep, been there. Done that!

The pages are validating just fine. But, for some reason none of the RSS readers I am using can see them.

I do get some clues from the Validators though:
on http://www.drcarney.com/blog I get the following:

"Recommendations

This feed is valid, but interoperability with the widest range of feed readers could be improved by implementing the following recommendations.
Feeds should not be served with the "text/html" media type"

on https://www.starch-smart.com/blog I get the following:

"Recommendations

This feed is valid, but interoperability with the widest range of feed readers could be improved by implementing the following recommendations.
line 125, column 0: style attribute contains potentially dangerous content: background-image"

Here is the code from Line 25:

<p>Here is a link to the early version log: <a href="https://www.starch-smart.com/images/easyblog_images/946/Early-Diabetic-Log-R3.pdf" target="_blank" style="color: #744067; background-image: none;" title="Early-Diabetic-Log.pdf"><span style="color: #0000ff;"><span>Early-Diabetic-Log.pdf</span></span></a></p>

That certainly does look good. Gotta love Macs!

Can you look at http://www.drcarney.com/blog and let me know if that also looks good in Leafy?

Thank you, Sean
