Hi,

I can not find a logout link in the toolbar or elsewhere.

you can find the logout button in the easyblog toolbar when clicking on the settings icon on the right: http://screencast.com/t/1V2nTA8z

also make sure that you have the logout link enabled in the easyblog backend. you can find this option at settings -> layout -> toolbar http://screencast.com/t/KEoY3Mj0
