Hello,

in the toolbar the logout button has no function. The same issue is with the easyblog module. In dashboard, the logout button works. Is there a issue in js?
Hello Christoph,

It appears that your logout issue is caused by ARTIO JoomSEF plugin shown in this screenshot http://screencast.com/t/dHlUfepmckBK. When the plugin is disabled, the logout button for both easy blog & easy discuss works normally. But we have enabled the ARTIO JoomSEF plugin again.

For the second issue "Unknown column 'name' in 'where clause' SQL=SELECT a.id, a.title AS `name`, COUNT(DISTINCT b.id) AS level , GROUP_CONCAT(b.id SEPARATOR ',') AS parents FROM joomla_usergroups AS a LEFT JOIN `joomla_usergroups` AS b ON a.lft > b.lft AND a.rgt < b.rgt WHERE LOWER( name ) LIKE '%support%' GROUP BY a.id ORDER BY a.lft ASC" , we can't seem to reproduce the issue in your Joomla backend. May I know where the problem had incurred. Please advice?

Hello Christoph,

It appears the access easy blog & easy discuss setting is restricted as shown in this screen shot http://screencast.com/t/vrRIwDB3Ke .

Please lift the restrictions in order for us to better investigate the problems that your are facing.

Please advice

I can't change the restrictions. I give you my account details. Please have a look at acl setting. It doesn't work. ;-)

It's ok. I have changed the restriction for support. My mistake. ;-)

Ok, this is the problem. But why works the logout button in dashboard? I take a look at this plugin.

The second issue was my mistake. The cause of the issue I was searching for support in acl. I don't know why. ;-) But if search, you can't change the restriktions until you logged out and in again.

Thanks again for your great support.

Hello Christoph,

To be honest I am not sure why, but the ARTIO JoomSEF plugin seem to effect the toolbar logout and when the logout button is clicked in the toolbar it does not redirect properly to the blog site as shown in this screenshot http://screencast.com/t/YvVlrdovr . But when the logout button is clicked in the dashboard the link redirects to the blog site as shown in this screenshot http://screencast.com/t/R3cZ3Nzei3Hy .

Is it possible to redirect the toolbar logout to the same redirect as dashboard?

Hello Christoph,

It is not possible, you cant change the redirect link because the redirect link gets the page ID from the database shown here in this code screenshot http://screencast.com/t/rr56PaQwQ and when you logout, it redirects page that display the latest articles which is your main blog page as shown here in this code screenshot http://screencast.com/t/AkzF8QCy .

Hello Arlex,

currently i can't log out because there is something wrong with Artio SEF plugin. Is it possible, to redirect to start page when I log out. The module doesn't need a page id. Or if I'm wrong?

As my colleague already define that issues was causing by Artio SEF plugin, you would like to use this plugin in your site right?
Can i have he permission to remove all the Easyblog SEF URL from Artio SEF component and let the system regenerate again and see how it goes.

Is it the Artiio plugin that cause the issue? At the dashboard is the log out no problem. I don't know.

It's ok to delete the URL's.

Hello Christoph Ingenbrand,

Sorry for late reply to this,
May i know which part are you using for the JoomSEF in your site current?
Because it seems like this issues causing by JoomSEF, when I tried to disable it, then the dashboard/toolbar logout button is work, but I'm not sure that when enabled the JoomSEF then it only work in Dashboard logout button.

Ok, but I think, this is not the solution. In dashboard the log out button works.

I used the Artio plugin because the seo function in easyblog or discuss is not working well. The links are shown like this -->?view=entry&id=51. With enabled Artio function and enabled easyblog seo function the links are shown like this -->51-kinematik-simulation-mit-nx and disabled easyblog function links are shown like this -->kinematik-simulation-mit-nx. This is why I use the Artio plugin. Of course, and all other links. I have tested this function several times with the same result.

Hello Arlex,

yes, I installed sh404sef plugin last night. I will test it today. I don't know if everything is ok but I have already found one new problem. The registration link of the discuss plugin didn't work. But the link of easyblog works...and logging out. ;-) Do you have an idea what is wrong?

Hello Arlex,

I found whats wrong --> There is a wrong entry in helper.php in line 3782/3785. Here is the solution:

Change the lines from

$default = JRoute::_( 'component/users/?view=registration' );
if( DiscussHelper::getJoomlaVersion() >= '1.6' )
{
$default = JRoute::_( 'component/users/?view=registration' );
}

to

$default = JRoute::_( 'index.php?option=com_users&view=registration' );
if( DiscussHelper::getJoomlaVersion() >= '1.6' )
{
$default = JRoute::_( 'index.php?option=com_users&view=registration' );
}
