I have looked through the forums and the other resolutions do not seem to apply to my situation.

The user menu that appears when hovering over the lock symbol in the toolbar has a Logout button at the bottom. That button does not work. The system logout button works using joomla user module or k2 user module but the logout button here does nothing on click.
