Logon issue

Hi, I'm running into a problem that people can't sign up at the moment. It seems that they need a kind of recapcha because when they sign up they see the following message.

I disabled Recapcha on my site but it still isn't fixed. Does anyone know what I missed?

I am sorry for the late reply.
I have helped you fix this issue. It seems like this issue is coming from K2 reCaptcha. After I have disable it, error message is gone. Can you verify this issue is resolved?

Yeah, I think the issue is coming from recaptcha. I unable to login to your site.
Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.
Can you kindly provide us with backend access and FTP access so that we can debug and assist you fixing this issue much quicker.
