I have checked your site and it seems like there are javascript errors on all of the pages on your site, http://take.ms/odRfH . I believe this is coming from the template. Because of these script errors, all other scripts on the page fails to execute and this is why the logout feature isn't working.

A work around for EasyBlog which I have configured for you, http://take.ms/LvLQ4 is to enable rendering of it's own jQuery so that those errors would not affect EasyBlog. The logout function in EasyBlog now works correctly.
