I am trying to get the logo of my website, skillfolio.com, to link to the homepage of my website which is skillfolio.com/loggedin. How do I get the logo to link to that?

I am sorry for the late reply.
I went to your site and i notice your logo is actually one big image and it was set as background? If that is the case, you might need a 'floating' div element and set this element to float ontop of the logo so that you can place a link inside this div
That logo image was set as the background in the body tag of your homepage. So i guest you should look into your Joomla template the index.php? Maybe you should ask the person who created your homepage so that he / she know how to inject this floating element
