You will need to place your logo at the following location,

/templates/JOOMLA_TEMPLATE/html/com_easydiscuss/emails/logo.png

Once you place the logo at the path specified above, EasyDiscuss will use the logo As for the EasySocial integrations, you need to go to Settings > Layout > Avatars and choose EasySocial.

Hmm, this is what I already had set. I have had new logo in /html/com_easydiscuss/emails/logo.png.
Similar override for ES works fine.

Also, I had enabled already avatar integration with ES. It works everywhere but email notifications.

Do you mean that the logo is not being displayed correctly? Can you download the attached file and upload it into /administrator/components/com_easydiscuss/includes/mailer/

i have the same issue, i see in email "divider" in the same location where the image seems breaked.

The new mailer resolved my problem for showing overridden logo for all type of email notifications.

I still have missed ES avatar. I seem to have more problems between ED and ES. I have everything setup in ED configuration to take over by .ES. Still, I have still not seen working ED notification with internal ES .notification.

Yep, the email divider issue is a known issue and will be resolved on the next release

Sorry, does this mean that the email divider issue is responsible for not showing ES avatar too?

They are a separate issue, and this is why you should start a new thread about missing EasySocial avatars in the email notification and we'll check on this

Perhaps 2 issues but just the same email... Anyhow, I will create 2 separate tickets the next time.

You can create a new ticket of missing EasySocial avatars in the email notification in EasySocial forum category, so it make us easy to track the issue

I am not missing avatars in easysocial emails, I am missing avatars in easydiscussion notification emails.
Actually, I don't even know that these missed images are avatars... This is just my assumption that if these missed images are indeed avatars then most likely coming from integrated in ED avatars from easysocial.

Should I then indeed reopen this issue in easysocial category? .

I think there is some confusion, the missing image in the template emails in EasyDiscuss is actually divider image, where this has been fixed and included in the incoming update of EasyDiscuss

I think you are right. For some reason, I though that discussion notification emails contain avatars of discussing users.

Can you PLEASE add an option in backend to ED for custom logos ? Every time there is a new update we must replace it manually. For ES too.
