Logo in thank you for joining email not working

When I define the absolute path to the image in the notifications template, it won't save the absolute path, it removes the website url and just shows "images/site/RVpoints-logo-3-new.jpg" instead of "https://dev.rvpoints.com/images/site/RVpoints-logo-3-new.jpg"

When the thank you for joining notification comes through the image is broken.

I believed you referring to Easysocial right? As you current ticket sections are on Payplans. If yes, you should be able to change them here https://take.ms/LrDG4. You will need to revert your changes again.

Can you give them a try and see how it goes.
