logo and text in mail

I have 2 questions regarding the mails sent to the blog subscribers.
1) There's the easyblog logo in the mail, I'd like our logo to be displayed... how do I do that?
2) The Blog Articles have an intro text an the article text. The mail should only send the intro text, but it sends the whole article... so subscribers don't have to go to our website, to read the blog. That's pretty much not what we intend to do... how do we fix that?

You can set the custom email logo at the backend notification settings(http://take.ms/M9fRK).
The mail should only send the intro text, but it sends the whole article
You have to turn on the 'Truncate Post Content' setting and set your desired truncation length at the email notification settings area(http://take.ms/AbIQn).

Di we have to export those settings and re-import it when we do an update?

Hey MikeZ,

The settings will be intact when you update EasyBlog. So no need to export and import them.

Only things to consider when doing an EasyBlog update are customized files or hacks to the core files, but if you override them properly the changes will not be overwritten.
