Hi,
i would like to have on my side the possibility for the reader to read a part of the article of EasyBlog and than after x lines request him to login.
I have a great example here :
http://www.lefigaro.fr/politique/le-scan/2018/08/28/25001-20180828ARTFIG00126-les-24-heures-qui-ont-fait-basculer-hulot.php
You see a part of the text and after you have a login form to connect you or subscribe :
http://snap.ashampoo.com/FThBAMQbKaPxaaqgWkrlCfUJ8NOFh1MnOuOPBAQMAbfbBvhyaYEC9zM7i3DPwQ6g
I saw PayPlan do it BUT i'm not sure it is for EasyBlog :
https://stackideas.com/docs/payplans/administrators/quick-solutions/subscribe-to-read-more
I know there is a similar function on EasyBlog but the problem is : nothing is showed, when you click to the article you need to login nothing more and i think it is essential to see a part of the article to provide to reader the envy to subscribe.
So question :
- is it possible with EasyBlog alone ? I think no.
- is it possible with Payplan ?
Thanks !
Yes, that is not possible to achieve this in Easyblog.

But Payplans can hide those content if you do not want to show for those user doesn't have subscribe any plan on your site yet.

You can try this Content hider app. https://stackideas.com/docs/payplans/administrators/access-control/joomla-article-content-hider

You have to put these kind of syntax from your blog content, so when the user detected this current user doesn't have subscribe this plan yet, so it will hide that content on the blog page.

[gist type="php"]
{payplans plan_id=1 SHOW}
Your Content here
{/payplans}
[/gist]

Unfortunately currently that is not possible to show this layout http://take.ms/2nr6R on Easyblog page.
Because this default content hider app actually develop for Joomla article content only, so it will show which subscription plan you need to subscribe then in order to read full content. e.g. http://take.ms/OdPgTq

Thanks Arlex for your answer.
Just a clarification : you said it is possible on EasyBlog, you mean without PayPlan ? If yes How ?
Cause when i enable the function "login to read" the system hide all content.
Thanks !

Nope, Easyblog itself unable to achieve this.

But Payplans Content hider app can hide the content on the Easyblog page.

What you need to do is :

1. Install this Content hider app from Payplans app store
2. Ensure this Payplans - Content hider plugin have to enable it
3. I assume you already create your existing subscription plan in your site, so you have to check your existing subscription plan id
4. Once you know those subscription plan id which you would like those user have to subscribe this subscription plan then only allow them to view full blog content.
5. You have to add this following code syntax from your existing blog content e.g.

[gist type="php"]
{payplans plan_id=1 SHOW}
Your existing blog content which you would like to hide it
{/payplans}
[/gist]

And set your subscription plan id from this section {payplans plan_id=addyourIdHere SHOW}

You're most welcome.

A last question : the content hidden show something like "hidden content, please subscribe here to see content" ?

I did mentioned this only work for Joomla article, in order to achieve this have to modify the core file, perhaps you can share with me what sentences you would like to put after those hidden content and what link you would like to point them to subscribe, so I will provide you a modification file for this.
