I had this issue before and am wondering if it is maybe a bug?

This is the second if not third time this has happened. I change nothing and yet the login box suddenly shows up of its own accord on the "Community" page of my Site!

I have my site set up so that people can login/register here:
http://finalbug.net/community/login

When users go to the community page they should the ES stream:
http://finalbug.net/community
But no login window.

Please see screen shots for how I have things set up front/back end
