Hey guys,

I have two more issues, where I would need your help please:

I am almost done with my site, I have registered more than 150 users, they'll get their logins soon.
Problem is that I can't login with most of the registered users and I dont know why (?)

Second thing is that the frontend loads slowly and it seems that in the first 3-4 seconds the CSS is not loaded (different design). Than it jumps to the normal view.

I hope you can help me, thank you very much! I send you the login information.

Hello Christian,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I am not really sure which plugin you have on the site that seems to be redirecting these users to the page http://www.gap-alumni.org/index.php/component/users/profile?layout=edit

The problem is because our "System - EasySocial" plugin is trying to redirect any users trying to access com_users and this is where the redirection loop is occurring. What happens is actually one of the plugin on the site is redirecting to com_users and our plugin tries to redirect the user to EasySocial's page and it goes to an infinite cycle. To solve this temporarily, I have disabled the com_users redirection for the plugin "System - EasySocial"

As for the slow load issues, this has nothing to do with EasySocial and the problem is because your template yoo_master is configured to recompile the LESS stylesheets every time the page loads. I have disabled the option "Compile LESS in the browser on every page load." and it seems to load much faster now.

Hey Mark!
Thank you very much!!! So cool :-)
Tell me: is it possible that all the passwords of the regestered users doesn't work any more and I need to reset them all?
For a test I send you another login.
Cheers! Greets from Vienna!

Hello Christian,

Hm, sorry but not really sure if I understand you here. The password should still actually work. I have just tried to login with the provided login credentials and it works fine too
