Stack Ideas Support,

I just recently upgraded to the latest version of EasySocial (V1.4.12) and I'm now having an issue that the LogIn Module is no longer displayed on my site. I also recently upgraded to the latest version of Joomla which also required an upgrade to my JA Purity III template.

The module is installed and Enabled, but not being displayed on the site.
I've tried multiple browser and they all have the same issue. Chrome, Firefox and Micorosoft Edge.
Also tried from multiple systems.
I also tried to select different menu options where the LogIn Module is displayed, but that didn't resolve the issue.

NOTE: after the upgrade it was visible and then I tried to log into an account and it gave a single line error message that a security token was not valid, refresh page. When I did a back arrow the LogIn module was gone on the site.

Can you please look into what happened as it was working just fine before the upgrade. This doesn't allow anyone to log into EasySocial.

Thanks for the help.
Dan

PS. Also the current version of EasySocial does not display on the dashboard.

PLUS Topic search doesn't work on this forum, so I was unable to see if there were others having this same problem.
Hi Daniel Pierce,

I've inspected that there is some miss-configuration of your PurityIII template where there is no position was assigned http://screencast.com/t/OECsCgcWn .
I've tried to assign one of the position to be sidebar-1 http://screencast.com/t/Csc8ZoEohJU and the module was display correctly now http://screencast.com/t/WcqXTqrq can you please reconfigure the template position back, so the module from the assigned position can be display correctly

Fadhli,

Thank you so much for your attention to this issue. Huge mess up here because the person that changed the Template Layout thought it was for only one of the styles, but it affected all of them. So glad it is not a software issue.

I will do a screen capture the next time the security message comes up. Doesn't happen very often.

Have a great weekend.
