Hey guys,
So, this login Modal is popping up on the site, and I can't seem to find where to disable it (or edit it).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Hey there,

Are you referring to https://proservices.vip?

If yes, it seems that I can't replicate it on your site as there is no login modal pop out as a user or a guest.

Can you tell us step by step on how to replicate the issue out so that we can have a better understanding of it?

Can you update your Site's access and FTP's access by editing your first thread so that we can have a better check for it?

This is easily replicated: Simply go to https://proservices.vip/help and hover over any of the user avatars. It will attempt to show the users "profile" (I guess, for lack of a better word at the moment - their header from Easy Social), and when it can't do that because they're not logged in, it throws up the modal. My guess is there's a setting I'm missing somewhere, but I haven't found it yet.

Thanks!

Nevermind. I figured this out. It was the "Pop Box" feature.

I don't need this any more, but I'd still suggest looking into it. When not logged in, I was getting a popup modal (that was empty) whenever I would hover over an avatar.

Hey Steve,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Hm, this is odd because I can't seem to reproduce this on my end. When I have activated the tooltip integration with EasySocial, this is what I see when I hover over a user's avatar, http://take.ms/wsZG9

No worries on the delay at all. I didn't see it that way. You're just in a different time zone!

Yeah, I'm not really sure what's going on just yet, and being new to both EasySocial and EasyDiscuss - having them both installed on the same site and trying to learn them is a daunting task for sure.

I'll keep you posted if I find anything else that may help.

One last question and I'll leave this thread, if you don't mind.

What application or framework are you guys using for your documentation site?

I really like that and haven't found anything that looks relatively modern or that wouldn't require an enormous amount of customization.

Thanks again for your help.

Alright Steve.

We do not use an extension or application for our documentation section. It was actually customized some time back.
