Login misaligned on mobile devices?

Hi, I know you'll agree a users login is important. You'll see from the enclosed image the login pop-up is misaligned on mobile phones in landscape. (echo.stackideas.com demo website)
You might like to confirm and bring this to the attention of your developer for a swift fix.

Hi again,
To be clear, you'll need to look at notifications as they are misaligned too.

Also and importantly, you'll also see from the image that there's no search box in the top bar and no way to search the site using a mobile device.
I'm using Intranet template now and the search box is responsive on mobile devices, so it should not be a problem.
