I don't understand what you mean by it is not center. It isn't meant to be center of your template and it's meant to have a half width within the component area for the login and registration form.

I've tried to change the template to Joomla default template (Protostar) and there is no issue with the alignment compared to your current template: http://screencast.com/t/8BI6Fy307l . You might want to consult your template developer about this issue.
