I have recently received the following error message:
The request was rejected because the security token is invalid. Please refresh the page and try again.
This error is pretty common especially when you leave the page idle for too long before logging in. The session life span is determined by the settings located under your Global Configuration.

You could try to increase the session life span if you want to allow users to idle on the site

I had already set the setting to 1 day.

Which session memory is better? Database or PHP
