I've checked attached screenshot. Login and checkout button will login and checkout same time.
This button is invisible because terms and conditions are not checked , once checked this button will visible.

System do not logs, I am sure that login parameters are correct
Apart above customer details as transaction purpose, company details (VAY id) and invoicing address should be vissible before poceeding
So in my opinion dedicated button should appear to log in before check out

I didn't quiet understand here. What i understand that you want to show login option after login form or just before checkout.
As the error attached in screenshot, if transaction purpose not selected it will hit error and halt the process.

Do you mean you want that user should login before redirect to subscribe plan ?

On a screen you see that reason of error is lack of VAT no and business purpose
All this information is stored at user profile, so system after entering login and correct password should refresh page to present all data (see atached screen with user loged before purchase)
After refreshing checkout button schould be available

I think that you are trying to do two steps with one button

I my opinion additional button should be added for login, after that purchase form should be refreshed and user will see all login data
I mean purpose and address details and VAT
After that checkout should be possible

Current schema is simple useless and in my apionion this is an bug.

If yes, currently that is intended behavior and so far no other customer who complain this behavior yet, this is what our current goal to allow guest user easier to login + subscribe plan without purposely go find other login page on the site first if the user already signed up on the site.

Once the user logged in through the order confirmation page, system will redirect this user to complete the payment page without redirect back to the order confirmation page then only fill in the billing details and other custom field.

If the user mind already decided want to subscribe a plan through the login form, they defnitely will fill in everything what system required them to enter from the order confirmation page before click login and checkout button.

There are 3 possible scenarios

1. User logged in
All details are filled because we have them from the login details
We press check out
This path works fine

2. User not logged in - new user
The user enters all his data by choosing register and after that press checkout
This path works fine
3. User not logged in - existing user
This path is not working correctly
The user provides login details (login and password) and presses login and checkout
The system does not download data from its profile and thus, during validation, an error pops up
Before pressing checkout, the system should display user profile data and only then the user presses checkout
It would be best to add an ADDITIONAL button to log in the user and load his profile data into the purchase form

Can you check my following explanation and see whether I understand correctly :

1. Let just said user already purchased one of the plan on the site.

2. Then this user want to subscribe another plan but this user haven't login on the site yet.

3. So when he click on the plan, system will redirect him to order confirmation page, then he fill in the username and password and click that "login and checkout button".

If yes, so what you suggested is that login part shouldn't validate for other required field whether need to fill in or not, but after user logged in successfully then redirect back to this order confirmation page. After that, the system will load all the details as what this user fill in the data before from his last purchased plan, this way user no need to fill in those data again before click checkout?

Its do nothing, user have to enter data which he provided before during registration one more time

I am not sure if I understand flow proposed by you
I think that user schould not leave confirmation page and later be redirected back

Better solution is to add button (or just link) for login below login and password and when user click it and gave correct login data order form will fill in all data from stored user data and validation works like before, I mean that check out if all requider fields was downloaded into the order form

I hope that its clear know, its diffiult to ecplain by typing
If its still not clear I can prepare some animation to present expected process.

Yes, I already consult with our developer regarding this, we will change this behavior as well in next release version.

The user click that term and condition link then only show the pop up, if the user click that checkbox, it will not trigger the pop up.

Currently we do not have ETA for release next version yet, because we just released the last version at April 20, but if you need the temporary fix for that T&C, we will send you the patch files so you can apply into your site.

Hm, I believe most of the site also have this kind of popup screen flash effect even Joomla, you can download my attached video.

By the way, you can apply this following custom css into this file JoomlaFolder/templates/yourCurrentTemplate/html/com_payplans/css/custom.css

When I click to popup I have only one option - not agree
Clicking not agree do not change check box

Its should have bot options agree and not agree and when I choose one of them its should update check box
