just checked both of your links and I can't see a doubled login - in fact I see one login box and one registration box - anything I'm missing here or a special way to replicate this?

this has to do with the responsive witdh feature. when you load in chrome your site, it shows in the first 1 or 2 seconds the login & register module side by side, after this 1 or 2 seconds it switches among each other.

If you blink you miss it. I can make a video of it if necessary but it is definitely there. I am seeing it on 2 computers in 2 different browser.

I think I had this issue before but can not remember the fix. I think the login box tries to load in a standard width and then realises that it has to adjust its width the the template. Or similar.

Does this make any sense. Check my screen shot above for how it looks for a split second whilst loading.

Yeah, just saw what you posted. Kind of looks as if we are barking up the same tree. Thanks for your input. Now I am confused. It is a kind of chinken and egg situation. Do I change the width of the login module or the width of the space where it displays or both.

One way or the other what would seem to make sense if the left hand side bar had the same width on all pages period. This is related to other issues that I need to get on top of soon.

aaaa - that makes much more sense now - I was looking for the whole module beeing there 2 times

n00bster is absolutely right about what's going on under the hood but there may be a way around this. 2 things I need to know paul:

1) are you using this module ONLY in the left sidebar position or also somewhere else?
2) your ftp details
