Hi,

First of all: can you please change the registered domain for Payplans from thepromatch.com to piquano.com? Thanks!

I am using PayPlans for my registration process. But for new registrations the button at the end of the form is not working. No matter if I use it for a new registration or Login of a registered user, the button seems to have no functionality and the form is not sent.

I provide two links and Superuser in the optional information. Can you please check?

Thanks
Uwe
Hey Uwe,

We already helped you change your registered domain to piquano.com for PayPlans.
FI, support services are normally only valid for one domain per license cycle.

I've tried to access your site's backend as well frontend but it seems it will require an additional user/password to access it. see attached screenshot.

Please provide us with access, so I'll check it further.

Hey Uwe,

Thank you for providing us with access.

I've checked your site and found that you have enabled the re-captcha during registration but the ReCaptcha site and secret key are not set that's why you are hitting this issue.
see here: https://monosnap.com/direct/aULPT2lNZAlZsQEvBlln46N1wxHnzF

I've disabled it for now and now the log in and checkout buttons working fine.
If you want to use the re-captcha then setup it up properly.

Please take a look at this issue again and update us if the still issue persists.

Thank you!

Thanks, Manisha. We are on the right track. But there are still some issues.

With ReCaptcha configured correctly an turned on, the Login still does not work.

Registration is working but returns an error at the end "Call to undefined method PP::getSubscription()"

Can you please check again?

Hey Uwe,

Registration is working but returns an error at the end "Call to undefined method PP::getSubscription()"
I've checked your site and found that you have set SEF URL in the redirect URL in the plan setting. this URL be should be non-sef.
https://piquano.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_payplans&view=plan&layout=form&id=2
see attached screenshot.

I've changed it to the correct non-sef url which redirects to the dashboard preferences page and no more hitting "Call to undefined method PP::getSubscription()".

With ReCaptcha configured correctly and turned on, the Login still does not work.
I've tried to log in on the checkout page and it's working fine.

Can you tell me the exact steps to replicate the same issue.

Thank you for understanding!

Sure. When you use https://mydomain.com/de/premium (please use the correct URL) you are directed to the login/registration page. On the registration page I see the ReCaptcha in the lower left corner and the registration is working. When I switch to the Login-page, the reCaptcha disappears and the login is not working for me.

Login is working if you chose it from the mainmenu but not from the PP-Login page.

Oh, hold on for a second. It's also about the non-set URLs in the Premium-plan. Now it is working. But the redirect is wrong. I will try to figure it out.

Hi Manisha, I am getting closer ... Is there a way to redirect the user when he clicks on the "Already have an account? Login"-link. I would like to take him to the regular login-form instead of providing him with the login form Payplans. The reason is that every time an existing user uses the login form Payplans, another free plan is added to his account. I want to avoid this. Also it would take some design-work away from me. How can I do this? Can I override this link somehow?

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay in this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

I am getting closer ... Is there a way to redirect the user when he clicks on the "Already have an account? Login"-link. I would like to take him to the regular login-form instead of providing him with the login form Payplans. The reason is that every time an existing user uses the login form Payplans, another free plan is added to his account.

The reason why the system will assign this free plan to the user is that the checkout page ( https://mydomain.com/de/premium ) is actually given options to the user whether they want to subscribe to this free plan using the register or login method.

And it doesn't make sense that redirects to the regular login form page when the user clicks on this link "Already have an account? Register" from the checkout page.

From the user's perspective, if the user opens this page https://mydomain.com/de/premium meaning to say that this user wanna subscribe to this free plan. In this process, the user easier to subscribe to a free plan using an existing user account so the user does not need to go through the following many steps only can subscribe to this free plan if redirect the user to the regular login form page.

1. Access this free plan page https://mydomain.com/de/premium
2. Click this link "Already have an account? Register"
3. It will redirect the user to the regular login form page.
4. Once the user logged-in to the site, then he needs to go back to this free plan page again https://mydomain.com/de/premium
5. Then only can checkout and subscribe to this free plan.

If you still insist to change this workflow, I will let you know which core file you need to modify it.
