Hi,

The client is refusing to pay the invoice because she perceives that are problems remaining with the site. One of them is here:

user jimt30736@sky.com was sent a Newsletter titled "NEWS from The Hunting World this week" at 15:26 on 16th December, he claims that he tried to log in 4 times but was not able to, so I need to run a report that will show all login attempts by this user, please can you send me the SQL script and the table(s) that I need to run it in, so that I can show the client what this user actually did rather than what he is reporting that he did.

Hey Marcus,

Actually that is no any record for the user how many time he attempts to login on the site even Joomla login as well.

Based on what i checked, this user last visit date at 2018-12-04 21:11:45 , mean this user can able to login on the site on December 4th.

I think you can ask him did he try to reset his password on your site before? Either this user forget his username or password, this is why he unable to login on your site recently.

By the way, you can check on this table #__users from your database regarding this user last visit date time.
