Dear support,

attached you find pictures where I am logged out but the data is still there as if you were logged in. In general it should bring me to the community front page when I am logged out.

Please let me know what I can do.

Thanks in advance and many regards to Muhammad Fadhli

Do you mean you do not want guest user to access your community pages?

If yes, can you update your site backend and FTP access at https://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check your current configuration setting.

Dear Arlex,

I don`t want to have guests on my webiste. Only registrered persons.

Imagine this: You are a user of my website, your talking with friends, reading the news in the timeline and smoke a cigaret during this leisure time. After a while you decide to log out and to go to friedns for a drink.
So, when you are logged out, the website whould go back exactely during the logged out moment, to the start page of my website. This means exactely this page: http://www.maintal-marktplatz.de/community.html

To cut a long story short: Each time when you, as a user, wants to log out, the website has to go to the starpage of my Social Room/Community page.
But this doesn't happens ion my website. When you are logged out, the system still stays on the same page and shows still some data, which you can see normally only as a registrered person. Ok, as a yuser, you are logged out but the system is still on this page where you decided to log out out. This pics you see in the attachment.

Hopefully I explained it well enough that this is easy to understand for you.

Thanks in advance
Jannis

Hey Jannis,

You can try this following instruction and see how it goes :

1. Create a hidden menu item for Easysocial - Registration.

2. Turn on these following setting from backend > Easysocial > Setting > General > general
- Enable Lockdown
- Allow Registrations During Lockdown

Dear Arlex,

it is so fantastic. It works :-)
Bloody hell, it is such a fantastic feeling to send you questions and send the answers back and it works. Also, it is great to see how wide the Easy Scoial tool is.

Go ahead like this

I will close the ticket!

Thank you very much!
