Hi

Just starting with easyblog - looks great. Once logged in the toolbar disappears, which is ok by me, but there is nowhere to log-out, even though this is checked in the toolbar settings.

davidbeckler.com Do you need a login account?

Thank you

John

Hello J SINGLETON,

That is strange, because by default the Easyblog toolbar will appear after you login.
Can i have your JOomla backend access so we can help you check on this? Please advise.
You can put the information in the optional information field below. Don't worry about privacy. Only Support team can view the information.

Hi Arlex

Thank you for your prompt reply. I have added the details as advised in optional info. I am new to EasyBlog so I might well have altered something by mistake.

Kind regards
John

hello J SINGLETON,

You're welcome, I have checked in your setting, it seems like you disable this "Show settings" from your backend > Easyblog > setting > layout > toolbar > Features, i have help you enabled back this setting, then the log out button is show in the dashboard button. Please have a check.

Hi Arlex

I have checked and the whole Toolbar still disappears once logged in (Chrome and Firefox). I have gone back to backend > Easyblog > setting > layout > toolbar > Features and enabled (changed to YES) all of the features but they still do not appear at the front end website once logged in.

I have attached screen shots

Hi Arlex

Thank you for the video and your efforts at trying to solve my problem. The site worked with a SuperUser login but not as a registered user so I checked my settings in the ACL and found the problem there. Also I had not realised that the log-out was in the Dashboard. I have lots to learn.

Kind regards

John
