I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

I've checked in your site, it seems like your site do not have any stream created, I just tried to submit a public stream, it did show on public, you can check my attached screenshot below.

If you would like your Easysocial and profile page show in public, your menu item shouldn't set to "registered" access, you can check my second attached screenshot below.
