I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Based on what i checked, it seems like you have enable 'Use Restricted API Key' from your Easysocial location setting, but you doesn't put the server key so unable to make it work.

In order use this restricted API key, it required generate browser and server key from your Google map project, you can refer on our documentation here : https://stackideas.com/docs/easysocial/administrators/configuration/google-map-api-restriction

Basically you have to generate 2 key :
1. HTTP referrers (web sites) -> browser API key
2. IP address (your site server IP address) -> server API key

Once you created this, you have to copy that API key from your http://take.ms/CsCLJ then paste into your site backend Easysocial location setting.

Final result -> http://take.ms/NOLCY

Can you give it a try and see how it goes.

If the issue still persists, can you assign my email address arlex.wong@stackideas.com into your current Google map project so I can able to take a look of your current configuration setting.

I created and paste into my site backend but it don't show map.
Now. I assign your email address arlex.wong@stackideas.com into my current Google map project already.

Based on what i checked your current API key contain extra 1 space, so I removed and save it.

Then i hitting this Google Maps JavaScript API error: RefererNotAllowedMapError, you can check my attached screenshot below.

What this error mean is the current URL loading the Maps JavaScript API has not been added to the list of allowed referrers.

Perhaps you can give it a check again whether the new map can load on the page?

If still can't, can you re-invite me again to join your project? Because i hitting this following error when i click accept to join this project.

No invite was found for tis project. Please check you were invited to this project.

Thanks, I can able to access your current project now.

After i tested a few time, it seems like Google return you this message when i trying to search map in Easysocial :

[{"type":"reject","data":["You have exceeded your daily request quota for this API. If you did not set a custom daily request quota, verify your project has an active billing account: http:\/\/g.co\/dev\/maps-no-account"]}]

Can you enable your billing account in your current project and see how it goes?

Thanks, now hitting this following error :

The Google Maps Platform server rejected your request. This IP, site or mobile application is not authorized to use this API key. Request received from IP address 219.92.69.40, with referer: https://tutorcloud.net/index.php/en/social

Then i realised you have set this IP 178.128.215.95 into your server key, but when i try to access this IP on browser, it show me this domain site https://www.thaidatahosting.com/ , can you check with your hosting and see what is your this domain site https://tutorcloud.net/ IP address?

However, i did ping this domain site in my command prompt, but it show me this IP address 104.18.53.111, it seems like not valid.

My hosting informed " IP 178.128.215.95 it's share ip address".
because my package is Shared Hosting .
