Location button on Story Header??

Hi,

I do not know why but suddenly locations button started to appearing on story header.
Are there the options to control story header buttons in backend?

I do not remember when I did this but application "User-Locations" was On, when I disabled this applicaton,
location button disappeared from header of story form...

I have checked in your site, it seems like you added that extra location button from the frontend?

Because the original site the location button only appeared at bottom of line, check my screenshot below.
