Unfortunately, it is not possible for you to change them using existing language strings as those titles are retrieved from the Database. If you wanted to change them, you can changes them at this table "__social_apps" and change their titles are accordingly as for an example https://screencast.com/t/cFhxU0TEyj then add those strings accordingly on your language files(advisable if you do language override instead).
