Loadmodule not working since update t0 5.0.36

Hi,
You fixed the issue for me on the previous update: http://stackideas.com/forums/loadmodule-not-working-since-update-to-5-0-35
The problem is now back with this update. Do I apply the php file you sent in the last post and will I have to do this for every update?

I am sorry for the delay of this reply. I've tried to replicate this issue locally and it working fine. Seems like your back end login credential is not working . Can you please advise?
