Hi folks,

I have seen some discussion of this already but not sure how to proceed. I'm using the Afterburner 2.0 theme from Rockettheme. Just upgraded to ES v. 1.3.28 and getting the "Loading cover... drag cover to reposition" message always showing on the cover photo. Any suggestions?

My admin details are attached if you need to have a look at the backend.

Thank you,

James
Hello JH,

I notice that you have * System - NoNumber CDN for Joomla! * in plugin manager.
I've temporary disable it and everything seems to be working fine.

However, the EasySocial scripts isn't functioning after it has been disable.
I've temporary disable * System - ScriptsDown * and it works.

Can you clear the server cache of CDN and than try to enable these two plugin to see whether this issue still persist?

Not sure if these problems are related: after the update, I'm getting "Post is under moderation" and "Stream item published successfully. Item will now be visible on your stream" messages appearing all over the place. Any help much appreciated.

Thank you!

Hello JH,

I believe there is some cache issue with your templates. It seems like the cover photo is working fine from my end. Check my screenshot here,

Ok, thank you. Things seem to be coming back to normal (with a bit of CSS help!). However, there is still an issue with the links in the toolbar: messages, notifications, etc. do not open properly when clicked. A javascript conflict, maybe? This is new since the update to ES v.1.3.28. Any suggestions?

Thank you,

James

Hi Ethan,

Thank you!!! I updated NoNumber CDN for Joomla, purged the CDN and everything seems to be back to normal. Yessssss!

Note: Enabling ScriptsDown still breaks the javascript behaviours in EasySocial. Should I just leave it disabled or is there a fix for this?

Thanks again,

James

JH,

I'm not sure what does ScriptsDown functions, can you consult with its developer regarding this issue and let us know? For temporary, just leave it disabled till the ScriptsDown developer notify you?
Is there anything else what we can help you with?

Thank you, Ethan. I'm always impressed with the StackIdeas support team! Just out of curiosity, what diagnostic tool did you use to find this plugin conflict? I hope to avoid this in the future so any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks again,

James
