After investigating this, it seems that the EasySocial stream module in the off-canvas position is causing the issue(http://take.ms/gDcsX). I'm not sure why this is the case.
If you position the module anywhere else, the pagination loads fine, except for this off-canvas position. May I know what is your purpose of positioning the module in that position? Any chance for you to consider moving the module to another position?

As we do not have a definitive solution, I have applied a temporary fix in the following file:
JoomlaFolder\components\com_easysocial\controllers\stream.php
