Unfortunately currently we do not have this feature at this point of time and I am not sure which 3rd party component can support this for Easysocial, but I believe anyone else got have good experience on this, also, please don't hesitate to share with us any recommend that if you know of by leaving your comments.

Yes I tried this solution before and suggested this Videoconference for multiple users. Michael does it work good now? cheers!

It actually works quite well. In fact I would say that it works better now than it used to in the past.
