It is not valid actually, for you to test that way, as you need to refreshed the page in order for it to fetch the correct width. Or maybe
after your resized them, at some point, you refreshed them and see how it goes.

As for mobile, it is required for you to view them on the mobile itself, or maybe try to click inspect and change it responsiveness to your phone as you can see here http://take.ms/745Id.

I have tested this on Chrome (PC and mobile) and Edge browsers. I tested on iPad with Safari too.
