Hey,

I've made three profiles: in each profile you can adjust, per profile, the toolbar in the community page. This can be done for events, groups, pages, etc. But not for the 'people' listing. Pushing on the last one, you see a list of all users or users per profile.

However, for one of the profiles we don't like that the user of this profile can see the list of peoples of the other profiles. We prefer that in the toolbar of this specific profile the 'people' button is not visible.

Can that be done in ES with a particular setting?
Hi there,

Currently, it is not possible for you to achieve this and it is required for you to do customization on your site, as those toolbars, will be used for all user.

But maybe you can do your own customization, at this path .../components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/toolbar/default.php and do template override for those customization at this path templates/current template/html/com_easysocial/toolbar/default.php, for future usage.

Please advice.

Hey,

That's clear. Thank you.

For me there is maybe another possibility: making a profile in RSFormpro. However in that case a user has to make an account in Joomla too. It is possible that a user has a Joomla account, but is not registered and/or active in ES?

regards

Hi there,

It will automatically assigned to your 'default' profile types set on Easysocial. It is based on how Joomla set their activation as shown under users http://take.ms/dvggO7

If you have set them to be activated first, they will not have those access to your ES sections. Or maybe you can set your default profile type to not allow community access as shown http://take.ms/xsjqe

Please advice.
