List of Timezones messed up

List of timezones not displaying properly in front end and back end. See the attached images. Also is there a way to set a default timezone? it seems to always set itself to UTC.

This was working fine before the last update.

Am I missing something here? You can try clearing your browser cache too and see how it goes.

I cleared the site cache and cloudflare and it is working fine now. Thank you!
