Hello,

I have a couple questions, I hope it's okay that I put them all in one ticket.

1) Is there any way to see the documentation for the points system so that I can modify it to my needs?

2) Is there an expected release date for the update that includes the Advanced Search?

Thank you!
Ashley
Hi,

On second check, the correct documentation is at http://docs.stackideas.com/developers/points/rule_file

Hello Ashley,

Sure, please find the answers to your inquiry below:

1) Is there any way to see the documentation for the points system so that I can modify it to my needs?

Sure, you can learn more about creating additional points at our documentation here, http://docs.stackideas.com/administrators/points/points

2) Is there an expected release date for the update that includes the Advanced Search?

There's no ETA for this yet because in EasySocial 1.2, it will also include groups and we're still working on it

When I visited the link that you sent me this is the only text that appeared on the page:

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Am I missing something?

Thanks!

Hi,

I'm sorry about that but our documention is still a WIP as we are juggling development at the same time.

You can refer to the points file in:

/administrator/com_easysocial/defaults/points

That is actually the only file needed to add points.

In order to assign points in your codes: (Refer screenshot)
