Hello,
in displaying list I loose html and images are not shown.
Hey Simone,

Yes the readmore tags should be good to use. The system prioritize the readmore tag over the global truncation setting.

Hm I don't think its a new behavior, this has been the behavior for some time now.

In the past we discovered that un-stripped HTML tags in the content may be disastrous as truncating it may break the whole site layout, hence these safeguards are put in place.

Hi Simone,

Can you provide your backend and ftp access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can look into it?

Hey Simone,

The access is working now.

For your issue, it is actually default behavior to strip the HTML tags because if we don't do this, sometimes the truncation may stop in the middle of those tags and break the site layout.

A way around this is to create your own readmore tag(http://take.ms/uhrTy).

This makes sure the HTML before the readmore tag are intact at the frontpage listing.

so I've to add readmore tag one by one?
I'm pretty sure before it works automatically for all... it's a new standard behaviour?
