Hello,
I wanted to talk about the notification alert.
When you click on this alert, the list of notifications is displayed, but they are all considered read and the list is empty when you click on a notification even when there are several. the counter no longer displays the amount of unopened notifications?
It is necessary to then click on "All" to display them in full screen, it is not very ergonomic and makes that most of the notifications are never opened.

Would it be possible to just gray out the read notifications?

Hi Eric,

The notification popup on the toolbar only shows unread notifications, same as the counter. Once they are viewed, they will only appear in the 'View All' notifications page.
Would it be possible to just gray out the read notifications?
Currently read notifications do not show in the notification popbox.

It would be best if the list does not empty, that we do not have to click on "see all", that the read notifications are for example grayed out, to make the difference between the read notifications and those that do not have not been.

Hey Eric,

If both read and unread notifications are display in the popbox, then it will be hard for users to find unread notifications in the box, especially in cases where there are hundreds of notifications and only 1 or 2 unread ones.

But if you really want to achieve this, you would have to modify one core file, and template override one theme file.

I am not able to reproduce this issue in my local instance.

As you can see in this video, I clicked on one of the notification and make it 'read'(https://transfer.sh/hkmW7/2018-07-31_18-46-49.mp4). After that, I load the popbox again and the list still display unread notifications.

Hello,
I see your video

On my site as soon as I open the popbox and I fly over or click on a notofication, the meter disappears and the popbox is empty.
