List of categories user is subscribed to

We have quite a few categories in our Easyblog system. Quite a few of our users have asked if there is a way they can see which categories they are subscribed to, something like
Cat 1 yes/no
Cat 2 yes/no
.
.
.
Cat n yes/no

I can't see a module anywhere that can do this.
Is it possible?

This can be accessed under the "My Subscriptions" area as you can see here,

Hi Mark,
How do we set up the Toolbar to show the edit (as in your image - My Subscriptions)?
Do we have to change something in ACL for these users (See my ACL image)?
