Hey there,

It seems that I can't replicate it on your site and my local site as well.

Can you tell me what is the steps to replicate the issue that you mentioned so that I can make sure that I didn't miss out any step?

The Surrogate Parent Trap
Ubuntu Omm posted on Tuesday, 09 October 2018

Hmmm... Childhood was bonded slavery for me complete with beatings for failures, misdemeanours and because my parents couldn't vent their frustrations at each other too often or risk comment in the High Street. Hey there,

It seems that I am able to replicate it on your site after testing again.

When I was trying to access your FTP, it gave me the following error:

Command: PASS ************
Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

Hey there,

May I know did you use Sendgrid Mail Server on your current site?

If yes, can you consult with your Sendgrid Mail Server Provider regarding this as we believe it caused by the URL click-tracking feature of Sendgrid?

If no, can you consult with your Mail Server Provider regarding this whether got something similar click-tracking feature?

Here's more information about it in Sendgrid, https://sendgrid.com/docs/User_Guide/Settings/tracking.html.

Hey there,

I suggest you to remove your cronjob command temporary but it will not 100% pause sending all emails from EasySocial as there is some emails need to be sent immediately such as user has registered at easysocial.
