I'm hoping you guys can help steer me in the right direction here, as this issue seems to be affecting EasyDiscuss the most. When a link is generated by a plugin, such as the DIscussion for JomSocial, the link URL contains www. When this link is followed, the user's login is no longer recognized, and they are prompted to log in again.

How do I stop this? It's driving me nuts. I would think there is a way for either to be recognized, with or without the www....
Hello Beth,

Can you provide us your backend and FTP access so we can have a better look on your issue here? Please advise.

Hello Beth,

I have tried to post a new test discussion on the site but the links that are used doesn't contain the "www" prefix. The only reason that I could think off, which causes the "www" prefix is when you are accessing the site with the www prefix. Perhaps you should add a redirect 301 rule to enforce that all requests made to the site are without www prefixes?
